I don't know if you have heard about Fiverr.

Fiverr is the world’s largest marketplace for digital services where individuals or companies can go to find freelancers with a skill that suits their needs, and it is considered a "micro-task" site, where you can do relatively quick, small one-off tasks which they call "gigs."

On Fiverr, someone with a skill becomes a "seller," and you have to apply after joining for free.
After joining, from there, you follow the instructions from the site about how to start selling your services. These include:
  1. Create a seller profile (including picture and some brief descriptions).
  2. Create your gig, or the service you want to sell (and you'll want to use a good dose of marketing to show off your talent and give potential buyers the information they need to decide to do business with you).
  3. Optional steps to help you get buyers include creating a video interview, offering package deals/bundles, upselling additional services with your primary gig, and more.
  4. Also optional but probably a really good basic move: Take the free course on how to Be a Successful Seller.
  5. When you get a buyer, deliver great work!
Location Details
It doesn't look to have any explicity country restictions, however, to work on Fiverr, you do have to be able to access it.l

How You Get Paid
According to Fiverr's site, "When you have a balance in your seller account, you can withdraw your funds to either your PayPal account, credit your Fiverr Revenue Card, or transfer money to your bank account (“Direct Deposit” in the U.S.)." They do note that currency conversion fees apply.

If you have experience in any of these, all you have to do is register, create your own profile, present who you are, what you're good at, and the offers are ready to come.
